Oxford English Academy Cape Town Oxford English Academy Cape Town is part of the international Oxford English Academy franchise, established in 2006 in the city of Oxford in the United Kingdom. The franchise is ever-expanding with schools in 9 countries to date. We strive to provide quality English tuition in small classes, given by highly qualified and experienced English speaking teachers. Teachers are observed on a regular basis and receive constant training to ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times.
