This institution or “factory” recognizes that each and every one of us (in particular students), has a brain, we have to use our brains to conquer the world in every facet of life. Through our brain power, we have to control how the world thinks. Our brain power has got to make us financial barons of the world. In a sense, we (MFC) want our students to become economic warriors, not with conventional weapons like guns, a knife, or even hatred in your hearts, but with a brain and desire to learn.

Capricorn College is a product of a merger of three Colleges with very distinct and diverse historical backgrounds. These were the former Pietersburg Technical College (PTC), Bochum College of Education and the former Northern Province Community College (NPCC).Capricorn Colleges for FET has become the first choice institution for further education for many young people as the programmes offered directly respond to the priority skills demands of the South African economy. The College further offers theory and practical learning. There are many exit options for young people to choose.

Motheo FET College, situated in Mangaung (Bloemfontein), offers career education to students in three main areas:
– those who because of their aptitude and interest, choose career education after Grade 9;
– students who wish to study in a career direction after Grade 12 in either Engineering, Management, Business, or General Studies (Art and Design, Hair Dressing
and Beauty Technology, Hospitality and Tourism); and
– adult employees who wish to follow in-service training courses which are geared towards specific aspects of their jobs.

Lephalale FET College is situated in South Africa’s Limpopo Province.

The public Further Education and Training institution offers its students various programmes in the following fields of study:

Letaba FET College consist out of 3 campuses and 1 central office. Its vision is to provide responsive preferable quality education and training to local communities and to equip them with lifelong learning and skills, knowledge and values through self-sustaining programs. Its mission is to deliver SAQA accredited lifelong Further Education and Training programs in accordance with NQF, to provide quality programs based on the inclusive curriculum framework and to promote opportunities for professional staff development to ensure quality delivery of FET and lifelong learning.

The College focuses on Engineering, Business, Information Technology and Utility Studies training which relates directly to the South Africa’s developmental needs for skilled people in Engineering, Financial and Management fields, while also addressing the need for skilled artisans, IT Technicians, professionals in tourism and hospitality industries.

Westcol College is a public FET College that offers its students a variety of meaningful courses and qualifications in many fields of study such as Hairdressing, Engineering, Buiness Management and Tourism. It strives to provide high-quality education and training to help learners equip themselves with the qualifications and skills they need to begin their chosen career paths. Learners gain invaluable life skills to meet the many challenges of the working world with more than just a qualification on paper.

This College is well known for catering for adult learners, unemployed and employed by local industry, out of school youth, project linked trainees ranging from learners with a low academic background to those who have had opportunities to enhance their educational level.

It is positioning itself to be able to take leadership in addressing socio-economic needs of the broader community, through innovation and delivery of responsive programmes.

Mopani South East FET College offers critical skills in Engineering programmes that supply the mining and construction sectors, tourism-which include cookery and hospitality sectors- financial training that supplies banks, and business studies.
Students graduating from Mopani South East FET College often secure employment with lodges, hotels and game farms in the area before completing their studies; and these places of employment also provide crucial workplace exposure and internships for students.

Esayidi FET (Further Education & Training) College is a merged college in its 9th year and operates under the KZN Department of Education, with several campuses in the Southern KwaZulu Natal Region.

At present there are five campuses and five community development centres.

Our aim is to satisfy the recruitment needs of local business and industry by providing a high standard of relevant tuition and training.
