he National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has produced guidelines on the setting up of private Polytechnics by prospective Proprietors. There it is emphasized that the National Philosophy and Objectives on Education should be the framework within which private Polytechnics must define their institution’s philosophy and general operational objectives.
